Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During sales or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days
• Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship only ship to all over the Pakistan. For now, we do not provide international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please allow 12 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Delays

While we do everything we can to deliver on time, some delays are outside our control, including courier issues, weather, customs processing, or high-demand periods. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and we appreciate your understanding if a delay occurs.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@peakachu.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help before your order ships.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@peakachu.com with your order number. We will work with you and our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
